Supply is low, demand has stabilized. It’s not the market of 2021 or 2022. Multiple offers are still around, however not as frequent. Interest rates are in the mid-6 % range. Buyers are wondering if they should wait and sellers don’t want to give up their 3% interest rates. From 2014 to the pandemic, we average about 65,000 single-family homes on the market for our entire Los Angeles MLS database. Today we have about 30,000 homes on the market. Right now we have an inventory problem in Los Angeles so prices are relatively unchanged.
